Return & Refund Policy

At Caslo Denim, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Products that have been worn or used

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Wrong Order or Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect in size, color, or style due to our error, or

  • Different from what you ordered

We will replace the product at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear images of the product and packaging may be required for verification

4. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for used or worn items.
If a refund is approved (in rare cases at our discretion), it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Exchange Process

Once your replacement request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement shipment

  • The original item may need to be returned before dispatching the replacement

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from Caslo Denim

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
